Every canal is different.… These unique differences can not be learned on MLS or even a coast chart.. As a real estate brokerage, Gulf Coast Fishing Homes specializes in Gulf Coast homes … the differences in the canals must be learned on the water…. If you own or want a deep draft boat like a offshore fishing boat or a sail boat you can not live on some canals in my area and get to the Gulf. We match our customers boating desires to the canals that work for them individually. We know the depths of the canals and access to the Gulf because we live here and boat here. I was born in Tampa, I grew up fishing in these waters, and my family has had a fishing camp at the mouth of the Suwannee River for over 100 years. My mother and grandmother were born in Florida. My dad grew up in St Pete Beach. So, I know and understand Florida like few others. I have a unique and personal understanding of the communities along the Gulf Coast of Florida from the mouth of Tampa Bay north to the Suwannee River.
Why I am a new type of real estate agent:
